Made from sugarcane-based material. In a sustainable process, sugar molasses is converted into sugar products, while the remaining material is used to create bio-based products such as polyethylene. This process is cleaner than traditional petroleum-based methods and produces a fully recyclable bottle like the Tacx 02.
There is more: growing sugarcane actively absorbs CO₂ from the air. One tonne of bio-based polyethylene removes twice its own weight in CO₂ from the atmosphere.
